With over 40 years of experience, our team has spent many years supporting adults with additional needs and challenges and this passion continues in the work that we do today.

We aim to provide the best support to those employees facing challenges and barriers in the workplace. Putting those with additional needs at the heart of everything we do, we provide a full package of employment support. We specifically recruit disabled and neurodiverse adults, source meaningful, targeted opportunities, and support them once they are in employment.
