At Pathways Support Specialists, we offer in-work support services funded through the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Access to Work grant, ensuring you have the necessary support to excel in your role. The specific support package will be tailored to your skills and needs, enabling you to navigate workplace challenges effectively. Our in-work support services can encompass a range of support strategies, depending on your individual requirements. These could include:

  • Supporting Time Management, Task Allocation, and Prioritisation: We provide assistance in managing your time effectively, allocating tasks, and prioritizing responsibilities to enhance your productivity and efficiency.
  • Attending Meetings and Taking Notes: We can support you in meetings by attending alongside you and providing note-taking assistance, ensuring that you stay fully engaged and informed.
  • Facilitating Communication with Staff Teams: Our team can help facilitate effective communication between you and your colleagues, fostering collaboration and understanding in the workplace.
  • Supporting Self-Regulation: We offer strategies and guidance to support self-regulation, helping you manage sensory sensitivities, focus, and emotional well-being in the work environment.
  • Enabling Completion of Role-Specific Tasks: We provide assistance tailored to your role, enabling you to complete tasks independently and effectively and allowing you to excel in your professional responsibilities.

  • Providing a Transition into Work Package for up to 6 Months: If needed, we offer a comprehensive transition package that provides support during the initial months of your employment, helping you smoothly integrate into your new workplace.
  • Providing Ongoing Individualised In-Work Support: If ongoing support is right for you then our team can provide ongoing, individualised support tailored to your evolving needs, ensuring your continued success and well-being in the workplace.
